Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Client Services Operations Analyst will interact with multiple departments to manage billing operations, analyze reports, and prepare presentations to support operational improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze reports and metrics to identify trends and communicate findings
- Collaborate with leadership and various departments to implement action plans and resolve issues
- Assist in new start implementations and provide support for multiple client contracts and locations
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; college coursework is highly desirable
- A minimum of two years of experience in a related leadership or analytical role
- Prior experience in a medical office and familiarity with billing operations preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365 or Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial information and reports
