Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Client Services Operations Analyst will interact with multiple departments to manage billing operations, analyze reports, and prepare presentations to support operational improvements.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze reports and metrics to identify trends and communicate findings
  • Collaborate with leadership and various departments to implement action plans and resolve issues
  • Assist in new start implementations and provide support for multiple client contracts and locations
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; college coursework is highly desirable
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a related leadership or analytical role
  • Prior experience in a medical office and familiarity with billing operations preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365 or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial information and reports
