Job Summary

To support project execution, the full-time remote Client Services Project Coordinator will manage project requirements, coordinate internal teams, and ensure timely and accurate client communications while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities:
  • Meet project requirements by coordinating kick-off meetings, managing deadlines, and ensuring timely project communication
  • Collaborate with internal operational groups throughout project lifecycles to coordinate deliverables and meet objectives
  • Respond to client communications and relay feedback internally to understand and address client needs effectively
Required qualifications:
  • 1+ year of work experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry experience preferred
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to gather and process information efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
