Job Summary

Supporting project execution in the Client Services department, the full-time Client Services Project Coordinator will manage project requirements, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure superior client service standards while working onsite in Phoenix, AZ.

Key responsibilities
  • Meet project requirements by coordinating kick-off meetings, deadline management, and client status reporting to deliver project deliverables on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with internal operational groups throughout project lifecycles to ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Respond to client communications promptly, understand client needs, and assist the project management team in addressing feedback
Required qualifications
  • 1+ year of work experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry experience preferred
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to process information efficiently in a fast-paced environment
