Job Summary
Supporting project execution in the Client Services department, the full-time Client Services Project Coordinator will manage project requirements, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure superior client service standards while working remotely on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Meet project requirements by coordinating kick-off meetings, managing deadlines, and ensuring timely client status reporting
- Collaborate with internal operational groups throughout project lifecycles to coordinate deliverables and meet project objectives
- Respond to client communications accurately and timely, understanding their needs and providing necessary follow-up
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of work experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry experience is preferred
- Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to process information efficiently in a fast-paced environment
