Job Summary
Supporting project execution in the Client Services department, the full-time Client Services Project Coordinator will manage project requirements, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure superior client communication while working remotely on a one-year contract.
Key responsibilities
- Meet project requirements by managing kick-off meetings, deadlines, and client status reporting to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Coordinate with internal operational groups throughout project lifecycles to achieve project objectives
- Respond to client communications promptly and accurately, understanding their needs and collaborating with the project management team
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of work experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry experience preferred
- Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to gather and process information efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
