Client Services Project Director

Job Summary

Overseeing and managing client services projects, the full-time remote Client Services Project Director will lead project teams, develop project plans, and ensure alignment with organizational goals to achieve high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage client services project teams to deliver high-quality results
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates to senior management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in client services or a related field
• Experience in leading client services project teams and managing projects
• Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Preferred: Certified Client Services Project Manager (CCSPM) or equivalent certification
