Job Summary

Overseeing and managing client services projects, the full-time Client Services Project Director will lead project teams, develop project plans, and ensure client satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage client services project teams to deliver high-quality results
• Develop and implement client services project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management on status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in client services or a related field
• Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in leading client services project teams
• Preferred: Certified Client Services Project Manager (CCSPM) or equivalent certification
