Client Services Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Project Manager to manage client relationships and project execution in the electronic discovery industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives to manage service delivery relationships
• Drive client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables
• Ensure project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy while maintaining project status records

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects successfully
• Solid understanding of database design, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements
• Availability to work extended hours as needed based on project loads
• Demonstrated ability to control all aspects of a project from planning through production
