Client Services Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Associate Project Manager to assist in project management coordination and execution for North America clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure client and project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy
• Convert client requirements into operational work requests and monitor progress
• Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in consulting, litigation support, or eDiscovery
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on experience with Relativity
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and BI is desirable
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple simultaneous projects
