Client Services Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time Client Services Project Manager will oversee project execution and coordination, ensuring high-quality service delivery in the electronic discovery industry.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives to own the service delivery relationship
• Drive client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables
• Ensure project requirements are met with quality and accuracy by maintaining regular communication with clients and internal partners

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects successfully
• Strong oral and written communication skills with a confident leadership presence
• Solid understanding of database design, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements
• Demonstrated capability in project planning, client relationship management, and timely review of financial information
