Client Services Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing client relationships and project execution, the full-time Client Services Project Manager will oversee multiple projects in the electronic discovery industry while working remotely to ensure client satisfaction and effective communication.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with key client representatives to manage service delivery relationships
• Drive client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables
• Ensure project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy by maintaining routine communication with clients and internal partners

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or regulated industries
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects successfully
• Strong understanding of legal operations and attorney communications is beneficial
• Excellent client relationship skills with the ability to adapt to client needs
• Demonstrated capability in project planning and financial oversight
