Client Services Project Manager

Job Summary

Assisting senior Client Services peers, the full-time remote Client Services Associate Project Manager will coordinate and execute projects to ensure high-quality service delivery for North America clients, focusing on planning, analysis, and project close-out.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure client and project requirements are met with high quality through regular communication with clients and internal partners
• Convert client requirements into operational work requests and monitor progress, providing updates to stakeholders
• Drive client satisfaction by managing project execution from planning through production and ensuring effective handoffs between shifts

Required qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in consulting, litigation support, paralegal work, or eDiscovery services, with four to five years overall experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on experience with Relativity
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and BI tools is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects effectively
