Job Summary

Leading client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery, the full-time remote Client Services Project Manager will manage multiple projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and coordinate internal teams to meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
• Lead client discussions, provide status updates, and effectively manage escalations and complex situations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing experience in project management, client services, or similar fields
• Proven ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading teams or mentoring colleagues
• Strong organizational skills and ability to drive projects from planning through execution
• Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to changing priorities
