Client Services Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time Client Services Project Manager will oversee project execution, ensure client satisfaction, and serve as the primary liaison for service delivery in the electronic discovery industry.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with key client representatives to manage service delivery relationships
• Drive client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables
• Maintain up-to-date records of project statuses and ensure project requirements are met with high quality

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects successfully
• Strong oral and written communication skills with a confident leadership presence
• Solid understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review requirements
• Demonstrated ability to develop project plans and manage client expectations effectively
