Job Summary

Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time Client Services Project Manager will lead project coordination and execution, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction in the electronic discovery industry.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives to maintain service delivery relationships
• Drive client satisfaction through effective communication and coordination of project deliverables
• Ensure project requirements are met with accuracy by maintaining up-to-date records and proactive communication

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects successfully
• Strong understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review requirements
• Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to adapt to client needs
• Demonstrated experience in project planning and financial oversight to meet deadlines
