Client Services Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing assigned client relationships, the full-time Client Services Project Manager will serve as a primary liaison to ensure client satisfaction and effective project execution in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with key client representatives to own the service delivery relationship
• Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables
• Ensure client and project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy through routine verification and communication

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in project management within the eDiscovery or litigation support industry
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects successfully
• Strong understanding of database design, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements
• Excellent client relationship skills with the ability to proactively manage client expectations
• Demonstrated ability to control all aspects of a project from planning through final production
