Client Services Regional Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach the CSR team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Supervise team development through hiring, training, and performance management
• Deliver exceptional client service and resolve client issues proactively

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required; emphasis in Animal Science, Agribusiness, or related field preferred
• 3 - 5 years of experience in an agricultural related field preferred
• Experience in bovine genetics, beef, or dairy production is highly desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
