Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Log all help desk interactions and maintain support infrastructure
- Provide product training and demonstrations to end users
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year customer service work experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Knowledge of basic computer components and operating systems
- Understanding of the payment industry and PCI preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
