Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Log all help desk interactions and maintain support infrastructure
  • Provide product training and demonstrations to end users

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year customer service work experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • Knowledge of basic computer components and operating systems
  • Understanding of the payment industry and PCI preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
