Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project a professional attitude and manage inbound and outbound contacts
  • Identify customer needs and maintain ownership of contact experience and resolution
  • Keep detailed records of contacts and collaborate with team members to resolve cases
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of service experience with high customer engagement
  • Basic understanding of health insurance terminology preferred
  • Experience working in a contact center environment
  • Strong data entry skills and proficiency in using a PC with multiple applications
