Client Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Representative (Part Time).

Key Responsibilities:

• Project a professional attitude and support large volumes of inbound and outbound contacts
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions while maintaining ownership of casework
• Keep detailed records in the agent ticketing system and maintain awareness of client updates and policy changes

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred
• A minimum of 1 year of service experience with high levels of customer engagement
• Basic understanding of health insurance terminology preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a contact center environment under pressure
• Experience working in a remote position with strong data entry skills
