Client Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Representative to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the company, customer base, and patients
• Resolve customer requests and provide product education through various communication channels
• Manage administrative support for medical record management and ensure HIPAA compliance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Experience in a contact center/call center environment preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
