Client Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Representative (Part Time).

Key Responsibilities:

• Project a professional attitude and support large volumes of inbound and outbound contacts
• Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide solutions while maintaining ownership of the contact experience
• Keep detailed records in the agent ticketing system and adapt to changing demands of the work environment

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred
• A minimum of 1 year of service experience with high customer engagement
• Basic understanding of health insurance terminology preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a contact center environment under pressure
• Experience working in a remote position and strong data entry skills
