Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Client Services Representative to provide customer service support and manage relationships with financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to financial institutions by addressing escalated or time-sensitive issues professionally
• Handle support line training in data entry and service center procedures while resolving inquiries
• Perform account maintenance and manage routine insurance coverage inquiries for loans

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related fields in insurance or banking
• Working knowledge of insurance coverage and procedures
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Able to work under stress while maintaining professionalism
