Job Summary
A company is looking for a CS Representative 1 responsible for client follow-up and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to physicians, staff, and patients while maintaining customer service levels
- Educate physicians and staff about tests and assist in determining sample adequacy for testing
- Document incidents and complaints, research problems, and maintain accurate client account information
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of company billing policies and Medicare regulations
- Familiarity with laboratory sample requirements and standards
- Ability to utilize resources for supporting company tests
- Experience in customer service or client relations
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation in client information systems
