Job Summary

A company is looking for a CS Representative 1 responsible for client follow-up and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to physicians, staff, and patients while maintaining customer service levels
  • Educate physicians and staff about tests and assist in determining sample adequacy for testing
  • Document incidents and complaints, research problems, and maintain accurate client account information
Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of company billing policies and Medicare regulations
  • Familiarity with laboratory sample requirements and standards
  • Ability to utilize resources for supporting company tests
  • Experience in customer service or client relations
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation in client information systems
