Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Representative to provide front line support operations for clients and sales partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Log all help desk interactions via a computerized ticketing system
- Perform product training and demonstrations to end users while maintaining constructive relationships with merchants and resellers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- A minimum of one year of customer service work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- High level understanding of basic computer components, operating systems, and peripherals
- Flexible and eager to learn and work on diverse tasks as needed
