Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Representative to provide front line support operations for clients and sales partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Log all help desk interactions via a computerized ticketing system
  • Perform product training and demonstrations to end users while maintaining constructive relationships with merchants and resellers
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • A minimum of one year of customer service work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • High level understanding of basic computer components, operating systems, and peripherals
  • Flexible and eager to learn and work on diverse tasks as needed
