Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Representative, Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for a remote position on the 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Helpdesk support to investigator sites, monitors, and IVR companies, including issue resolution and escalation
  • Monitor and assess error messages in the CIRT Admin Console and manage site information throughout studies
  • Offer administrative support to project management teams and complete metrics reports
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in Client Services Support and Helpdesk/IT roles, preferably within IRT
  • Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness to customer needs
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to handle escalated communications
