Client Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to phone inquiries using Cisco Finesse
• Review and address email inquiries
• Refer unresolved inquiries to the designated department or supervisor

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a call center, preferably in banking, real estate, or construction
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Real Estate, Construction, or Banking background preferred
• Experience with Cisco Finesse
• Ability to type at least 45 words per minute
