Client Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer 90% of incoming calls from providers, members, and facilities regarding eligibility, benefits, claims, and service authorizations
• Provide initial intake documentation in the appropriate electronic health records
• Deliver outstanding service to internal and external customers while representing the organization positively

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Experience in customer service and/or healthcare environment
• Proficiency in typing and computer programs
• Preferred education includes a BA in psychology, social services, or health administration
