Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Representative to assist clients with inquiries and educate them on products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class service for client inquiries via email, phone, or chat
  • Meet response and resolution time goals for client cases
  • Assist clients with account creation, order processing, and training on the background screening application


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a Client Services Department in a call center environment
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office products
  • Experience in Salesforce is preferred
  • Proven ability to build and retain client relationships
