Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Representative to manage accounts and enhance customer satisfaction in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contract renewals and prepare Client Service Instructions for assigned accounts
  • Coordinate renewal pricing and prepare stewardship reports while educating clients on loss data
  • Act as the primary client contact to improve customer satisfaction and identify service trends for improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Three years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Experience as an Account Coordinator or three years in adjuster experience
  • Knowledge of customer service and experience in workers compensation, liability, or disability claims management
  • Colleague to pursue CPCU, AIC, and/or ARM or other related designation as required
