Client Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve client services inquiries
• Maintain and further develop existing client relationships
• Handle assigned group of client portfolios and execute departmental procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to handle a large volume of accounts daily
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
• Good time management skills
• Able to contribute positively as part of a team
• Familiarity with client databases and software such as SalesForce and Excel
