Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Representative to provide front line support operations for clients and sales partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Log help desk interactions and maintain support infrastructure and documentation
- Perform product training and maintain constructive relationships with clients
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year customer service work experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- High level understanding of basic computer components and operating systems
- Flexible and eager to learn and work on diverse tasks as needed
