Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Representative to provide front line support operations for clients and sales partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Log help desk interactions and maintain support infrastructure and documentation
  • Perform product training and maintain constructive relationships with clients
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one (1) year customer service work experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • High level understanding of basic computer components and operating systems
  • Flexible and eager to learn and work on diverse tasks as needed
