Client Services Representative

Job Summary

To support the Women's Health and Genetics specialty division, the full-time remote Client Services Representative will act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and managing patient case information across multiple databases.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients, addressing inquiries and concerns
• Manage and resolve patient cases by interacting with various laboratory departments and maintaining accurate records
• Participate in activities aimed at improving employee and customer satisfaction while adhering to quality protocols

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 3 years or more experience in customer service
• Experience in managing multiple applications and strong organizational skills
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
