Job Summary

Managing a book of business for both TPA and Non-TPA clients, the full-time Client Services Representative will provide exceptional customer service and support while working in a hybrid environment, collaborating in the Denver office two days per week.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, focusing on retention and issue resolution
  • Identify and document client business needs, recommending tailored solutions based on research and analysis
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding Safe Harbor IRA account setup and transfers with Third Party Administrator firms
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in an operational role with professional phone and email correspondence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, including influencing abilities
