Job Summary

To assist with portfolio and individual account handling, the fully remote Client Services Representative will interact with clients to provide and gather information, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop constructive relationships with clients while updating account statuses and consumer information
  • Respond to client inquiries within the same business day and refer unresolved issues to designated departments
  • Process itemized bill requests, monthly client statements, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies
Required qualifications
  • Experience in collections or a call center preferred
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
  • Ability to multitask and work with various computer systems
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes with ease
