Client Services Representative

Job Summary

Providing consultation and support to client partners, the fully remote Client Services Representative will focus on client retention, satisfaction, and growth while leveraging a background in recruiting and staffing.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain meaningful contact with client partners to enhance service experience and identify growth opportunities
• Document interactions and develop account plans to improve service outcomes and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
• Conduct Business Reviews with client partners to analyze trends and align on service delivery strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 4+ years of experience in the contingent workforce or client services environment
• Strong knowledge of the contingent workforce industry, with a preference for staffing and recruitment experience
• Understanding of HR and employment law
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead initiatives independently
