Job Summary

Providing front line support operations, the full-time Client Services Representative will troubleshoot technical issues, maintain support documentation, and conduct product training for clients in a remote setting during afternoon shifts from 12 pm to 9 pm PT.

Key responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software issues for clients
  • Log help desk interactions and escalate urgent situations as necessary
  • Conduct product training and maintain constructive relationships with merchants and sales partners
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service work experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Basic understanding of computer components, operating systems, and peripherals
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and positive team player attitude
