Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to clients, the full-time Client Services Representative will assist with inquiries, educate clients on products and services, and maintain positive relationships in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver world-class service for client inquiries via email, phone, or chat
- Meet team goals for response and resolution times for client cases
- Educate clients on the background screening process and assist with account setup and orders
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a Client Services Department in a call center environment
- Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office products
- Experience in Salesforce is preferred
- Proven ability to build and retain client relationships
