Client Services Representative

Job Summary

Building long-term client partnerships, the full-time Client Services Representative will provide personalized consultation, operational support, and proactive communication while based in Bryan, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted client advocate by responding promptly to inquiries and maintaining strong professional relationships
• Consult with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored guidance on production planning and genetic services
• Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver timely solutions and support contracts and inventory management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required; emphasis in Animal Science, Agribusiness, or related field preferred
• 1 - 3 years of experience in a client-facing, consultative role within the agricultural or animal science sectors
• Experience in bovine genetics, dairy, or beef production is highly desirable
