Client Services Representative

Job Summary

To support exceptional client relationships, the remote Client Services Representative will provide personalized consultation, operational support, and proactive communication while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted client advocate by responding promptly to inquiries and maintaining strong professional relationships
• Consult with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored guidance on production planning and genetic services
• Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver efficient solutions and support contracts and inventory management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Animal Science, Agribusiness, or a related field
• 1 - 3 years of experience in a client-facing, consultative role within the agricultural or animal science sectors
• Experience in bovine genetics, dairy, or beef production is highly desirable
