Job Summary

Leading a team of Client Success Managers, the full-time remote Client Services Sales Manager will coach, develop, and hold team members accountable while driving revenue growth through client renewals and program expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Success Managers through regular training and performance reviews
• Drive revenue growth by improving conversion rates and managing client relationships for renewals and additional services
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to enhance team performance and client outcomes

Required qualifications

• Proven success in consultative sales with a track record of achieving revenue goals
• Experience in coaching or developing sales professionals and holding team members accountable
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to balance personal production with leadership responsibilities
• Experience using KPIs and reporting to improve performance
