Job Summary

Supporting trade management and collateral services, the full-time remote Client Services Senior Specialist will ensure timely and accurate trade reporting, communicate with internal teams on client-related tasks, and resolve loan-level issues as they arise.

Key responsibilities
  • Create and deliver accurate trade reports to clients according to their schedules
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding high-priority client tasks and resolve loan-level issues
  • Perform quality control on reports and manage rush requests from clients and internal departments
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3 or more years of experience in reviewing and assessing mortgage collateral documents
  • Prior experience in Client Services Support preferred
  • Proficient in Excel with intermediate to advanced skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
