Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to manage client services and enhance the client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for assigned clients and assist in onboarding and implementation activities
  • Investigate and respond to client inquiries while resolving escalated issues professionally
  • Prepare reports and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and identifying process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or related qualification
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the Medicare Managed Care environment
  • Understanding of Medicare compliance requirements
  • Advanced comfort level with technology and aptitude for learning new software
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
