Client Services Specialist

Job Summary

Providing exceptional service to global clients, the temporary Client Services Specialist will respond to inquiries via phone and email, resolve service issues, and support client conversion and retention in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries efficiently and professionally through phone and email
• Troubleshoot and resolve product, order, return, and service-related issues
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate client records

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of client or customer service experience required
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to de-escalate client concerns
• Comfort learning and working across multiple technology platforms and systems
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus
