Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Specialist to manage client inquiries and support account processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point-of-contact for clients across various organizational profiles
  • Log, dispatch, and resolve client requests according to defined processes
  • Interact with other departments and third-party vendors to assist with client inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • At least two (2) years of experience in a customer-facing service role within a banking or financial services environment
  • Understanding of business documentation for new accounts
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to service clients in different time zones
  • Experience with logging tasks and client activity in a ticketing database; familiarity with Zendesk is preferred
  • Proven competency in technology, including Microsoft Windows and Mac OS
