Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to provide administrative support in client-facing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails, including scheduling client conference calls
- Oversee daily intake processes and maintain accurate client and case details in CRM and internal systems
- Support Collection Staff with settlement offers and assist with onboarding new clients
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of administrative or client service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Experience in collections or financial services is beneficial but not required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain consistency under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
