Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve tickets submitted to Application Support by internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform root cause analysis and manage application configuration for optimal function and performance
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedure documentation


Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience with at least one reporting-based product (e.g., MS Excel, MS Power BI, Tableau)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
