Client Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Specialist - IP Translation and Filing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide updates during US working hours on EMEA-handled translation and filing orders to NASA customers
• Investigate and respond to customer complaints in the NASA region within the same working day
• Relay urgent orders from NASA customers to APAC teams to ensure immediate support

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally in professional services or language services
• Familiarity with order management and invoicing workflows; experience in IP-related processes is desirable
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities across global teams
• Experience in investigating and resolving client complaints
• Competence with MS Office and familiarity with CRM or order management systems
