Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for retirement plan clients and advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day client support and respond to inquiries from clients and advisors
• Maintain and manage client CRM and workflow systems, ensuring accurate documentation
• Support special projects for the Operations and Pension Administration teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of office experience
• 2+ years of client service experience
• Experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Prior experience in Pension or Retirement Plan Administration preferred
