Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Specialist to optimize revenue cycle management processes and support client teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary revenue cycle support contact for clients and operational teams
  • Monitor work queues and reports to identify trends and suggest process improvements
  • Coordinate client deliverables and assist in onboarding and daily activities
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management and/or customer support preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of claim lifecycle concepts, including edits, denials, and medical necessity
  • Experience with various software and platforms related to revenue cycle management
